A lot of talk has been around this Kentucky team ever since Final Four weekend, when the first reports began to cirtulate about John Calipari potentially taking the Arkansas job.
Once Mark Pope took over the Kentucky program, it was full steam ahead to put together a roster. Now he’s extremely excited about the group he has on the floor.
“I think this team has way more potential than maybe people think,” Pope said this weekend. “The question is, how good can we be at tapping into it and helping all the pieces fit together with a synergy that makes our whole way bigger than the sum of our parts?”
So, with the group now taking the floor this week, there are a few key questions that Kentucky needs to answer over the next few months.
