The game will mark Brian Dutton’s 100th competitive match as a manager. The Whites boss has won 41, drawn 24 and lost 34 in his 99 games in charge so far.
The Whites come into the game after their first defeat since early September when Weston-super-Mare won two-nil at the Ray Mac on Tuesday evening.
Two goals in the second half were enough to end Salisbury’s unbeaten run, but the game was not without controversy. A Josh Hedges goal was ruled out unjustly for offside, and the same assistant made a further questionable decision by not flagging offside for Weston’s opener.
The result leaves Salisbury 15th in the table on 16 points, the same amount as Chelmsford, who have played one game less.
Chelmsford’s last two games have come against two sides near the top of the table: Hemel Hempstead and Farnborough. They drew with Hemel on Monday evening, the game ending in a 2-2 draw.
Chelmsford came from behind early on in the first half and then took the lead early in the second. The Clarets were unable to capitalise on the chances they created, and Hemel levelled with 20 minutes left of the game. Neither side were able to break the deadlock.
Both sides will be looking to get back to winning ways in this mid-table tussle.

Away Supporter Info (From Chelmsford City’s website)
We could recommend a few pubs in and around Chelmsford that you might want to visit before the match. However, there’s only one place you should go to ahead of kick-off – The ‘Clarets’ bar – Chelmsford City’s very own club house and bar.
On a match day the bar is open from 1pm. Bar prices are very reasonable and there is a fine selection of real ales and ciders. On the concourse there is also a very well stocked burger van offering chips, hot dogs and burgers.
There is a large TV screen, along with two other smaller ones showing football from either Sky Sports or TNT Sports and free WiFi.
