While Notre Dame football star running back Jeremiyah Love deemed himself healthy enough to play against the Penn State Nittany Lions in the semifinal round of the college football playoff, it might not actually be the case.

I don’t like Love’s chances to make a major impact this coming Thursday. He mentioned that it was similar to what he suffered against USC, but he had 3 weeks to recover from that.
Love will have just over a week, and as we see in the video, he’s wearing a brace that he is trying to get adjusted to wearing. Jadarian Price and Aneyas Williams will have to step up, if the star is limited.
He’s participating in practice, which is still a good sign, but seeing Love try to tinker the brace, while most likely in some pain, could slow him down on the field.
