A tragic incident occurred on I-65 South near the 129 Mile Marker, involving four cars and two semi-trucks. The crash began when a car lost control and struck a retaining wall, bouncing back into the roadway. The driver of the initial vehicle, the sole occupant, was pronounced dead at the scene. One other individual was injured and transported to UofL Hospital but is expected to survive.

A fatal rollover crash occurred on I-65 North near Fern Valley Road around 5:30 p.m. The driver was found dead at the scene. The cause of the accident remains under investigation
