While Calipari was forced to virtually replace the entire Arkansas roster after being hired in April, he’s added plenty of talent to make up for it. The Razorbacks brought in three composite five-star freshmen (Boogie Fland, Karter Knox and Billy Richmond), five highly-rated transfer players (Johnell Davis, Jonas Aidoo, Adou Thiero, DJ Wagner and Zvonimir Ivisic) and one returner player from Eric Musselman’s 2023-24 team (Trevon Brazile).
Here’s a look at the official Arkansas basketball roster with updated jersey numbers for the 2024-25 season:
Jersey | Player | Pos. | Year |
0 | Jaden Karuletwa | G | Freshman |
1 | Johnell Davis | G | Grad. Senior |
2 | Boogie Fland | G | Freshman |
3 | Adou Thiero | F | Junior |
4 | Trevon Brazile | F | Junior |
8 | Melo Sanchez | G | Junior |
9 | Jonas Aidoo | F | Senior |
11 | Karter Knox | G | Freshman |
14 | Ayden Kelley | G | Freshman |

24 | Billy Richmond | G | Freshman |
25 | Kareem Watkins | G | Grad. Senior |

Notes:
Davis will keep wearing the No. 1, which he’s worn each of the previous four seasons with Florida Atlantic.
Brazile has spent the last two seasons wearing No. 2 for the Razorbacks, but he’s officially switched to No. 4 for the 2024-25 season.
Aidoo wore No. 0 the previous three seasons at Tennessee, but he’s officially switched to No. 9 for the 2024-25 season.
The Kentucky transfer trio of Wagner, Thiero and Ivisic all kept the same numbers they wore in previous seasons with the Wildcats.
Class of 2024 guard commit Casmir Chavis was not included on this official update, but he’s still expected to arrive on campus in the near future.
