SAN ANTONIO (Sept. 27, 2024) – Spurs fans are invited to the free 2024-25 Silver & Black Open Scrimmage, presented by Ticketmaster, at Frost Bank Center on Saturday, Oct. 19 at 5 p.m. The San Antonio Spurs will take the court for four 10-minute quarters, giving fans the chance to preview the team in action ahead of their Saturday, Oct. 26 home opener against the Houston Rockets. Tickets are free and are required for entry – see details below and online at Spurs.com/OpenScrimmage.
Fans in attendance can take advantage of specially priced $2.50 draft beers and $1 soft drinks. In addition, they have a chance to get new Spurs gear at a 15% discount in the newly renovated Spurs Fan Shop inside the arena. Parking for the event will be free in Lots 1-7 and doors will open at 4 p.m.

TICKET INFORMATION
The Silver & Black Open Scrimmage will be ticketed due to anticipated high demand. To be eligible to receive free tickets, fans must complete the following steps:
- Join the new Official Spurs Fan Club presented by Netspend and enter to win at Spurs.com/OpenScrimmage or by texting SCRIMMAGE to 210-444-5940
- Both new and existing Fan Club members will need to enter to win through the above link
- Deadline to enter is Sunday, Oct. 6 at 11:59 p.m.
- Each fan is eligible to win up to four free tickets while supplies last
- Winners will be notified by Monday, Oct. 7
- Winners must claim their tickets within 72 hours of notification; if not, new winners will be selected
- All tickets are General Admission seating and cannot be transferred or resold.
Current season ticket members do not need to enter to win tickets to the open scrimmage. Members are guaranteed up to four tickets per account and will receive their tickets in their Account Manager, which must be claimed by Sunday, Sept. 29, 11:59PM, while supplies last. Ticket Members will also have access to a members-only tailgate at the ULTRA Club prior to scrimmage tip off, starting at 2:30 p.m.

Fans that miss out will have one final chance to win Silver & Black Open Scrimmage tickets by entering into Ticketmaster’s Open Scrimmage VIP Ticket Sweepstakes, running from Wednesday, Oct. 2 through Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 11:59 p.m. with the prize including two VIP tickets to the scrimmage and a Spurs prize pack. SUPPORTING YOUNG ATHLETES
The open scrimmage will feature two efforts led by Spurs Give, including a yard sale and on-court experience. The Spurs Give Yard Sale will take place in the ULTRA Club beginning at 4 p.m. doors open, offering fans a unique shopping experience and a chance to support a great cause. At the yard sale, fans can shop a wide range of Spurs gear at significantly discounted prices, from City Edition gear to memorabilia and more. All proceeds benefit the Spurs Youth Basketball League, continuing the program’s 35-year legacy of providing young athletes access to the game.
Following the open scrimmage, young athletes ages six to 17 have an exclusive chance to step onto the Spurs home court for a one-of-a-kind experience in the Spurs Jr. NBA Skills Challenge. This fun, interactive event gives participants the opportunity to showcase their basketball talents on an NBA court in skill-based challenges, including dribbling, shooting, and agility drills. Pre-registration for a limited number of spots is available on a first-come, first served basis by registering online, or in person at the Spurs Sports Academy table at the scrimmage.
