West Ham United have made a positive start to the summer transfer window having added Luis Guilherme and Max Kilman to their ranks.
Though, they aren’t resting on their laurels as they bid to sign a striker for the newly-appointed manager Julen Lopetegui.
Jhon Duran is reportedly close to joining West Ham and the club are also working on a deal to sign Walker-Peters.

West Ham remain in talks to sign Kyle Walker-Peters
With Downes set to join Southampton in a straight cash deal, many wondered whether Walker-Peters’ move the other way was off.
It had previously been suggested that the pair would be involved in a swap deal, so with that off the table, it led many to doubt whether the Saints full-back was still being worked on.
However, Sky Sports journalists Dharmesh Sheth and Alan Myers have confirmed that West Ham are still in talks to sign the former Tottenham Hotspur defender.
“Talks ongoing between West Ham and Southampton over the signing of defender Kyle Walker-Peters.
“West Ham are in the market for a right-back and Walker-Peters is one of a number they are looking at.
“Manchester United’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka another player West Ham have done due diligence on.”
Kyle Walker-Peters could force Vladimir Coufal to leave
Walker-Peters’ potential arrival could force Vladimir Coufal to depart the club and it’s understood that Galatasaray are interested in signing him.
The 31-year-old has one year remaining on his contract and doesn’t appear to be part of Lopetegui’s plans.
