The final league game at Goodison Park will be against Southampton.
Everton will face the south coast side on the weekend of May 18 in what will be an emotional send off to the Grand Old Lady.
It will not, however, be the final game of the season with the Blues scheduled to end their campaign at Newcastle United the following weekend.
The Premier League fixture list for the 2024/25 season was released at 9am on Tuesday. The starting pistol for the final campaign at Goodison, it means the club now has the programme around which it can formalise plans to ensure a fitting farewell to one of football’s most storied arenas.
The home schedule will begin and end with south coast opposition, with Brighton and Hove Albion set to visit L4 on the opening weekend of the campaign. Barring any rearranged games having to be moved to the final midweek of the season, Southampton will have the privilege of being part of the final farewell celebrations ahead of the club’s move to its new waterfront stadium after 133 years of memories being made at Goodison.
