MEMPHIS, Tenn — The Memphis Grizzlies will have five preseason games before the 2024-25 NBA regular season gets underway. The Grizzlies are coming off a 27-55 season and stand to be significantly improved in 2024 with a healthy roster and the addition of rookie first round pick, Zach Edey.
Memphis will start the preseason October 7 in American Airlines Center when they play the Dallas Mavericks. On October 10, they will welcome fans for the first time this season, taking on the Charlotte Hornets in FedExForum.
The Grizzlies head back on the road October 12 against the Chicago Bulls and October 14 versus the Indiana Pacers before finishing the preseason at home against Miami on October 18.
Memphis will also host an open practice for fans to get their first look at the team on October 6 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m in FedExForum. The Grizzlies will begin training camp in Nashville at The Ensworth School from October 1 – 3.
The team will open the regular season on October 23 in Utah to face the Utah Jazz. The home opener will be October 26 versus the Orlando Magic. Click here to see the full schedule.
